After her final internship in the finance department Palace Plaza Athenee HotelJulie Roué began her career in the Sofitel restaurant in London and then as the Banquets Coordinator for Lola Events.

When she returned to Paris, she was hired in a completely different department: in Human Resources in the 5* Banke Hotel

“I love working as the Human Resources manager because the managerial practices put in place by the Derby Hotels Collection Group that we are attached to highlights human relationships. I’m really close to my team members, made up in particular by three other Vateliens:

  • Elise Clivot, the Group and Events reservation agent
  • Marion Duverger, the Restaurant services manager
  • Emmanuel Jouclas, Assistant Front desk manager

I really like the versatility in my job that allows me to take part in all the HR poles: training, payroll, social concerns, recruitment, etc.”
